LowBall is a golf league app: post rounds, track stats, run games and outings, and keep leaderboards with your friends. Using it means you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for your account and what's posted from it. Keep your login to yourself, be honest with your scores (your buddies will notice anyway), and don't use the service to harass anyone or break the law.
Creating a league or trip carries a one-time fee, shown before you pay and charged through Stripe at checkout. Fees cover the stated season or event at the stated roster size. Fees aren't refundable once the league or trip is in use, but if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
Games in the app (skins, nassaus, match play, and the rest) compute results and running balances as a scorekeeping convenience. LowBall doesn't hold, collect, or transfer players' wagers or winnings — settling up is strictly between players, outside the platform. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
When you enter a friend's phone number to text them an invite, you confirm you know them and they're expecting it. We send exactly one message per invite request — there is no recurring texting program. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to any LowBall text to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle numbers and messaging consent — including that neither is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing — is covered in the Privacy Policy, and the program is described publicly on our Text Messaging Program page.
Your scores, stats, and photos stay yours. You give us the license needed to store and display them to your leagues — that's all we do with them.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available, but we're not liable for outages, data loss, or the state of your golf game. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give reasonable notice.
